DRISHTI YOGA FLOW | HMFYOGA In today's home yoga practise we talk a little about what Drishti is, how we use it in a yoga practise and why it's important. We have 9 traditional Drishti (eye gazing points) and each Ashtanga asana has a traditional one prescribed to the pose. For this yoga flow we will be focusing the eyes on different grazing points or Drishti's throughout the practise, making this sort of a yoga for the eyes practise too! This 20 min yoga flow will teach use the importance of a strong and steady gaze, whilst also giving us a good ol' yoga stretch and strengthen. In this Drishti yoga flow we take a little holiday in the mind, as we settle the eyes, which can also settle a busy mind, making this a great yoga practise for stress or anxiety.
